Bayern Munich dismiss interest in Phil Foden

Bayern Munich have ruled out a move for Manchester City’s Phil Foden, according to Sport Bild, citing the club’s budget and already full attacking roster.

Sport Bild confirms Bayern Munich are not interested in Phil Foden, despite speculation linking the club with the England international. The club’s sporting director Max Eberl says the 80‑million‑euro player is beyond Bayern’s budget for an attacking role.

Bayern’s squad already features a deep pool of wingers and forwards, with Luis Diaz, Michael Olise, Lennart Karl and Gnabry covering the positions Foden could occupy, making the transfer unnecessary.
