Cardinals Meet McDonald at Combine

Arizona Cardinals interviewed Ohio State defensive lineman Kayden McDonald at the NFL combine, as the team evaluates potential draft prospects.

Ohio State DL Kayden McDonald revealed he had a formal meeting with the Cardinals and many other teams at the NFL combine. The 6-2, 326-pound defensive lineman is a strong run defender who was an All-American last season, recording 65 total tackles, 3 sacks, and 9 tackles for loss.

Ranked 35th by Daniel Jeremiah but 21st by SI.com, McDonald could be a target for the Cardinals with the 34th overall pick. Ohio State is a school the Cardinals have a history of drafting players from.
