Georgia State Unveils 5-Year Plan to Raise $10M in Fundraising

Georgia State University Athletics has unveiled a five‑year plan to raise annual fundraising to $10 million and lift fan attendance by 50%.

The strategy centers on expanding facilities, including a new baseball stadium, covered football practice field, and additional courts, and on increasing revenue through a new general manager and NIL opportunities.

Athletics Director Charlie Cobb and President M. Brian Blake said the plan will boost the department’s competitive profile, support student‑athletes with over $3 million in revenue sharing, and strengthen ties to the campus and surrounding community.
