Harbaugh backs McDaniel amid struggles

Chargers head coach Jim Harbaugh publicly backed offensive coordinator Mike McDaniel, stating "No, we trust Mike. We believe in Mike." The team's offense ranks 20th, with quarterback Justin Herbert recording three touchdowns and four interceptions, and the Chargers having more turnovers (six) than touchdowns (five).

Herbert defended McDaniel, pushing back against criticism of the scheme's complexity, saying "He's definitely a guy that we need to lean on; he's done such an incredible job." Harbaugh has criticized Herbert's decision-making but not McDaniel's role. chickenroadslot.pro
