Kentucky interested in Donnie Freeman transfer

Syracuse forward Donnie Freeman has entered the transfer portal, and the Kentucky Wildcats are reportedly among the programs vying for his services.

The 6-9 forward, ranked 10th in the transfer portal by USA Today, averaged 16.5 points and 7.2 rebounds last season while shooting 30.2% from three-point range.

With two years of eligibility remaining, Freeman provides the long-range shooting Kentucky needs at the forward positions, making him a major target for the upcoming season.
