Less than two weeks before the 2026 WNBA season, 34‑year‑old guard Natasha Cloud confirmed she has yet to sign a contract, stating her quiet was intentional and she continues to train.

Cloud, a 10‑year veteran who won a title with the Washington Mystics in 2019 and last season was a starter for the New York Liberty, posted on Threads that her silence in free agency was deliberate. She said she is working hard, knows her worth, and will keep proving herself year after year.
