Norwegian Keeper Bergerud Joins Danish Club

Norwegian international Torbjørn Bergerud has made an immediate move from Polish club Wisla Plock to Danish handball club Fredericia. The 31-year-old goalkeeper has signed a contract that runs until summer 2029, bringing him back to Denmark where he previously played for GOG and Holstebro.

Bergerud, who has been Norway's first goalkeeper for many years, spent one year in Poland after leaving Kolstad last summer. Fredericia club leader Bent Jensen views the signing as proof of their strategy to develop the club into an attractive destination for international top players. wlop.pl
