Ohtani Leads MLB Jersey Sales for Third Straight Season

Shohei Ohtani topped MLB jersey sales heading into opening day for the third consecutive year, with Dodgers teammates Yoshinobu Yamamoto, Mookie Betts, and Aaron Judge also in the top five.

Shohei Ohtani led Major League Baseball’s jersey sales as the league heads into opening day, marking the third straight season he tops the list. Dodgers pitcher Yoshinobu Yamamoto finished second, followed by New York Yankees outfielder Aaron Judge, Seattle catcher Cal Raleigh and Dodgers shortstop Mookie Betts.

Atlanta outfielder Ronald Acuña Jr. was the last non‑Ohtani player to top the list at the 2023 All‑Star break, but Ohtani reclaimed the lead by season’s end. The rankings were compiled from Fanatics’ sites, including MLBShop.com, since the end of last year’s World Series.
