Stanley Borden, Duke’s last Krzyzewski player, enters transfer portal

Stanley Borden, a 7‑footer who joined Duke as a walk‑on in 2021, is the last player to have played under legendary coach Mike Krzyzewski. After a season with the UTSA Roadrunners, Borden has entered the transfer portal for a second time.

During his short tenure at UTSA, Borden averaged two rebounds in three games and did not score. He has dealt with injuries throughout his career and previously represented Portugal’s U20 national team, posting averages of 7.6 points, 6.2 rebounds, 1.2 assists and a steal per game in the 2021 FIBA European Group A Challenger.
