Tiger Woods Charged With DUI After Crash

Golfer Tiger Woods has been charged with driving under influence after a car crash in Florida, police announced. The 15-time major champion was also charged with property damage and refusal to submit to a lawful test after rolling his Land Rover vehicle.

Woods, 50, passed a breathalyzer test with zero alcohol content but refused a urine test. Sheriff John Budensiek said Woods showed signs of impairment despite explaining his previous injuries and surgeries. No injuries were reported in the incident that occurred on Beach Road at 14:00 local time.
