Trey Kaufman-Renn's Last-Second Putback Sends Purdue to Elite Eight

Purdue survived a scare against No. 11 Texas to secure a 79-77 victory in the Sweet 16. After Dailyn Swain tied the game with 11 seconds left, Braden Smith missed a game-winner, but Kaufman-Renn was there to tip in the ball with 0.7 seconds remaining, sending the Boilermakers to the Elite Eight.

Kaufman-Renn finished with a team-high 20 points. The Boilermakers will now await the winner of the No. 1 Arizona vs. No. 4 Arkansas matchup on March 28.
