Stewart Powers Mist to Unrivaled Title Win

Breanna Stewart powered the Mist to an 80-74 victory over Kelsey Plum and the top-seeded Phantom in the Unrivaled championship game on Wednesday.

Breanna Stewart led the Mist with 32 points as they defeated Kelsey Plum's Phantom team 80-74 to claim Unrivaled's second championship title. The victory earned each Mist player a $100,000 share of the $600,000 prize pool, double the amount from last season's winners.

Despite Plum's record-setting 40-point performance, including 6-of-7 from three-point range, Stewart's late-game surge proved decisive. The Mist overcame a slow start to take their largest lead of six points in the third quarter and secured the championship at Sephora Arena in South Florida.
